Lived in a unit managed by them for an entire year. Their work is phenomenal compared to my previous experiences with other real estate agents. At Brady, they reply to your emails and inquiries really fast, they have heaps of employees all on standby ready to meet you at any time of the day (during office hours ofc) in their offices to discuss anything at all regarding your tenancy, and most importantly, they book fixing jobs really quickly when anything goes wrong or bust at your unit. I wouldn’t recommend renting with Brady Residential, Marie Gilantzis, or Rita Song. After a great 3-year tenancy, they unfairly tried to claim my bond at the end. I eventually got it back. My advice: Keep everything in writing, claim your bond online right after returning the keys and KNOW your rights. For example, they tried charging me $640 for a bathroom mirror mark, (image attached) falsely claimed I lost a card which they had all along.
