They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and were quick to assist with any questions and requests. They handled everything promptly. I wouldn’t recommend renting with Brady Residential, Marie Gilantzis, or Rita Song. After a great 3-year tenancy, they unfairly tried to claim my bond at the end. I eventually got it back. My advice: Keep everything in writing, claim your bond online right after returning the keys and KNOW your rights. For example, they tried charging me $640 for a bathroom mirror mark, (image attached) falsely claimed I lost a card which they had all along.
