I’ve had a great experience with Brady Residential, especially with Marly who has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my rental process. She answered all my questions patiently and followed up promptly. The whole process has been smooth and professional.
I wouldn’t recommend renting with Brady Residential, Marie Gilantzis, or Rita Song. After a great 3-year tenancy, they unfairly tried to claim my bond at the end. I eventually got it back. My advice: Keep everything in writing, claim your bond online right after returning the keys and KNOW your rights. For example, they tried charging me $640 for a bathroom mirror mark, (image attached) falsely claimed I lost a card which they had all along. Brady was super easy to work with throughout the entire process. They helped us do site visits and then guide us through the application process. As students we found it to be easy with their guidance. Our agents marly and stella were amazing. Highly recommend this agency.
