Hello Bruce here ,we had a blocked poopa pipe phew what a smell called botanical plumbing they turned up when they said they would arrived on time used an eel fixed in 1 hour very very happy with price and service recommended for sure Bruce Bennett

TLDR: - Exploitative, exorbitant and predatory pricing (especially if you're vulnerable) - Lies about "discounts" and "small business looking after customers" I contacted Botanical with a blocked drain issue, thinking I'd support a local company, and trusting their Google reviews. They charged a total of about $800 (service fee + drain cleaning) for a little over an hour of work unsuccessfully unblocking my drain.
