Great advise and friendly people
Staff have all been friendly and accommodating. Great advice. Gentle in their approach.
My second from the front plastic tooth that was repositioned and glued back in has been positioned higher than I wanted which looks a bit odd against the one on the other side, the dentist said she had positioned it more forward to avoid bite pressure and breaking the glue. I wasn’t given a mirror to have a look at it at the time. I think that best practice should be to compare it to the opposite side after all it’s more for cosmetic purposes I had it done. Very efficient and well informed staff was a pleasure always felt relaxed and staff very informative and knowledgeable.
Absolutely amazing
First experience was very good. Second experience we left quite upset that the dentist was rude and felt like she didn’t want to answer our questions and I felt she no longer wanted us as a customer and pretty much rushed us out of the door. When asked if we could set up a payment plan for an expensive procedure it was shut down straight away. Very disappointing experience.
