Went in for the location and have stayed on for years for the great service. Brilliant staff who have made me feel so much more mobile.
First time back in Pilates with Louise after a couple of years off. Have started on the reformers which I’ve never tried before. If you’ve never seen one imagine a wooden medieval torture machine but with more padding and slightly less dried blood. It was completely worth it and I’d forgotten how good it felt to try and control the muscles in my legs after a session. Many thanks to Laura for her recent help. I got through my debut Marathon at the weekend (World Masters Marathon) with no recurrence of my recent injury problems. Now for the 2017 London Marathon!
