Took my 5 year old girl in to get her ears pierced and it was such an easy process they were very lovely people also they were keeping her updated on what they were doing with the pen/ruler and all so she wasn’t freaking out! Would definitely recommend 100%

Excellent experience for 10yo daughter (first ear piercings), with Kianah. Reassuring ++, talked through nerves, lots of anaesthetic spray - already asking for the next piercings 😂 Staff also really good at reinforcing COVIDSafe customer practices.
My 7 year old daughter got her ears pierced and I was amazed at the care and compassion of the staff, they talked her through every step and it was amazing to see her smile from ear to ear when it was all done! Thank you, you made her birthday “the best day ever”. ♥️
