Excellent experience for 10yo daughter (first ear piercings), with Kianah. Reassuring ++, talked through nerves, lots of anaesthetic spray - already asking for the next piercings 😂 Staff also really good at reinforcing COVIDSafe customer practices.
My 7 year old daughter got her ears pierced and I was amazed at the care and compassion of the staff, they talked her through every step and it was amazing to see her smile from ear to ear when it was all done! Thank you, you made her birthday “the best day ever”. ♥️
