Bernard did such an amazing job at guiding us through the process of buying our first home! He understood the market so well and was so clear with us the whole way through on what to do and expect! We feel so lucky to have found him as our broker and recommend him to everyone we speak to! �
Thanks to Bernard we were able to get our kids a guarantor loan to become first home owners. Using one of our properties as security, our kids didn’t need a deposit to get the home loan and Bernard was able to shop around for the best lender to suit our needs. We did have some bother trying to get our bank to release the security of our property to the incoming lender for the new loan. RecommendedI want to thank Bernard for his help in a very difficult situation we faced. We had been dealing with another mortgage broker who is a very good friend of ours and we had signed contracts to build our dream home, we had the unfortunate situation that through our other broker that he couldn't get the finance to fund the build and at that stage we were standing to loose 17K if we were to walk from our contract and loose our hard earned deposit.
