Jared was very helpful and informative while selling our house. His communication was excellent. Thanks Jared
Black & White Estate Agents managed our rental property for many years with exceptional care and attention to detail. Because of their outstanding property management, they were our only choice when we decided to sell. Jared and Kurt blew us away during the sales campaign. Even in a difficult market, their friendly professionalism and great communication kept us confident every step of the way. We highly recommend them for both property management and sales
Jared was lovely, very professional, kind, responsive and had an excellent knowledge of the market. He also already knew people that might be interested, which was a huge help.
Jarrod was amazing from start to finish, he was prompt and professional with great knowledge, he genuinely wants the best for his clients. Highly recommend.
Michael and Jared were professional from the very outset and provided exceptional advice on how to prepare our house for sale. Their knowledge of the market and their honest campaign resulted in a sale at the very top of our range within one week of hitting the market. We would not hesitate in recommending Black and White Estate Agents to anyone seeking to sell their property. Thanks Michael, Jared and team.
Business response:
Thanks so much for trusting us with your sale, we are thrilled you are both happy with the result and the advice provided. Best luck with the next chapter in your lives.
My experience using Jared and Michael from Black and White agents for the sale was rewarding. They were always helpful and no detail was too small to assist in dealing with. They were always willing to listen to my questions or requests. They were never put off with the time it took to find the right buyer and their attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property. All the best for the future. Regards K and M.
We had a great experience working with Jarred. He was professional, responsive to our questions and followed up with the owners with further information. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend Jarred to family and friends!
We were very impressed with the whole selling process provided by B & W Real Estate, as we did not live at the property. Jared's friendly personality & professionalism put us at ease to feel comfortable knowing that he would go above & beyond. He was contactable at all times for our many queries & provided guidance to ensure our house was market ready. Whilst he was our main point of contact, we knew the entire team at B & W would assist us with our sale. We highly recommend their services.
We were very impressed with the selling/auction process provided by Michael of B & W Real Estate. Michael was contactable at all times, essential in our case as we did not live at the property. His personality, professionalism & great wealth of knowledge gave us confidence that he would obtain the best price for our house. We highly recommend his services.
