Very poor service, miscommunication had my bike out of action for over a month and it was damaged when we finally got it back. Tried to support local business and have nothing but regret for it.

I was pretty disappointed to get my very well looked after bike back from its first service with deep scratches in the frame. Got nothing but the old “they must have been there when you gave it to us” dismissal. I would have expected them to treat peoples things with more care.
