RecommendedBFF Studios offers the most personal attention to my overall wellbeing that I have ever experienced in a gym. Brenda and her staff are all incredibly skilled but also warm, friendly, patient and understanding. If anyone can make me commit to exercising regularly its BFF Studios. I highly recommend them.

BFF studios is a very welcoming and friendly place for working out. All the instructors are very encouraging and motivating without screaming at you. There is a choice of many different classes and they cater for any age groups and abilities. I have been going for nearly 3 years and never tire of the classes as they constantly evolve. Come try it, you will be hooked.

Brenda and her staff provide tailored exercises and classes that allow members from very fit to just beginning their fitness journey to participate in a warm, friendly and non judgemental environment. Carrying an injury? Don’t worry all classes are able to be modified to suit your needs/concerns. A huge range of classes are available at convenient times during the week and weekends.

BFF Studios is an incredible place to go, the staff are all very welcoming and caring and will look after you with please. You don't ever have to be nervous or shy to go to BFF Studios.
