Ella was amazing with actually remembering us and speaking to us at one of our inspections about a previous house viewing, trying to contact us. If it wasn't for her caring about not hearing from my partner or I directly we wouldn't of gotten our new home. Living away made things difficult but Ella knowing our situation and the urgency we had, we really appreciate her helping us.
