Service was great. Was able to arrange a timely inspection and service for our home air-conditioning system. Technician (Ben) arrived on time and was polite and friendly, and carried out the necessary inspection and cleaning in an efficient manner. Cost for 1hour was more than I had anticipated, but that is more likely to be a sign of my out-of-date expectations. Accounting and payment was smooth. All in all, a good experience.

From the moment this team arrived they all participated in a walk thru explaining the job - I thought this was a great start to the day - then the professionalism continued throughout the day. This team worked well together. Did the job to task and on time without incident. They cleaned up after themselves and I didn’t need to redo it after they left which is unusual for me.
