We’ve been relying on Below Zero for our air conditioning needs since they originally installed all our units back in 2005. Living by the sea, we know how rough the conditions can be on systems. During a recent inspection and service, the technician identified that one unit needed replacing. While not the news anyone hopes for, it was handled with professionalism and efficiency. Really impressed with the service from Below Zero. Very professional from start to finish. Great tradies who did the install and first rate admin manager who did all the work for me so I could apply for the $200 cash back scheme.

tradesmanship excellent.however little things ,like leaving doors open to let flies in ,and leaving the water hose across yard with pressure on.and not put away.a mild disappointment, serviceman was polite and respectful.His music in van was loud as he sat outside for 5 minutes doing his report. please be gentle how your correct these issues, praise open the way for change.
