Fast & helpful experience. We inspected two units with Shari Price and appreciated her call suggesting which one was the more suitable for us. She was correct as we are elderly and use wheeli walkers- the unit we are in is much easier to move around.

Jerremy made the total process of selling our house so easy, from signing the initial contracts with Belle Property, through to the final contract of sale. When additional negotiations were required, he completed these successfully and without any issues. We received a significantly higher sale price than expected.
Very professional . Jeremy was very pleasant to deal with and if there were any issues that arose in the sale of our property he would contact us immediately. Very happy with the service to which he provided. Reluctantly we left the rent amount low to which affected the sales price of the property. (Lesson learned)
