Great to deal with. Answers the phone everytime. Unfortunately I had a major life event which stopped the sail but Terry did a great job.
Business response:
Thank you Lex for the testimonial. I hope everything is going much better for you. Regards Terry
Daniel was very to easy to communicate with and made the process a seamless purchase. He was proactive from beginning to end. He was patient and considerate with both parties as we juggled with external factors. Would highly recommend his service
Business response:
Thanks for the kind words. So glad we could make things work for all parties. Wishing you all the best with your next chapter.
i cant recommend Jess enough, Her service was first rate, very easy to deal with, very knowledgeable, Jess found a buyer before my home went to market, she knew exactly what the buyer was looking for and she negotiated the best deal that was a win win for both myself and the eventual buyer. Jess was always keeping well informed of everything that was going on in what was a stressful time personally for me, without the help and amazing support she gave me it made the whole selling process easier.
Terry was just amazing and he's just an absolute legend! There were no salespeople in Townsville better suited to us and our situation than Terry. We had a very difficult investment property that need rescuing in many ways and Terry guided us through all the issues successfully from start to finish. The team at Belle are fantastic and they have really looked after us through this process. I highly recommend Terry and the Belle team to anyone looking to sell and get a great price in Townsville
Business response:
Hi Pete & Caroline, thank you very much for your testimonial & also a very big thankyou for your Uncle Dans gift card. It was great to get to know you both & a pleasure to work with you on the sale of your unit. There were some ups & downs, but we got there in the end & which i believe was a great result for all. Thank you once again mate, i would like to wish you & Caroline all the very best for the future. I will certainly be making a detour to Uncle Dans to celebrate your settlement.
Jess was very professional and got a great result for my property. Her communication and response times were excellent. Very knowledgeable and made the sale process efficient and enjoyable. Highly recommend.
We had such a great experience working with Kody! He helped us sell our home and also guided us through buying our new one, and honestly made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Kody was always easy to get in touch with, kept us in the loop the whole time, and was happy to answer any questions we had along the way. His communication was spot on, and we always felt confident knowing he had everything under control. We’d happily recommend Kody to anyone looking for an Agent.
I cannot praise Jac enough for her thorough expertise in the sale of my property in Kirwan. For me the most outstanding thing about Jac was her willingness to communicate with every stage of the sale of my property. She was available 24/7, I was updated with photos, texts and emails almost every day until the sale was complete. Her marketing and professionalism was exemplary and I cannot recommend her enough for her commitment to getting a timely and fantastic result for me. Thoroughly recommend
Great local knowledge and awesome communicator
Business response:
