Matt exceeded our expectations. He has excellent market knowledge and implemented a marketing strategy that had a buyer after just two weeks on the market. His negotiating skill ensured a price above what we had hoped for and the daily communication of progress reports and prompt feedback after each open house ensured a reasonably stress free sale. To be highly recommended.
Joshua was active and engaged throughout the selling process. His helping with referrals to a range of trades and services needed to get the unit market ready was particularly useful. Steve, Harrison and the team at Belle Property did an amazing job. They were professional and friendly throughout the process and worked to a very high standard. It was a great result and I couldn't recommend them any more highly.
Luke did a fantastic job of selling a prime unit which was sold without being exclusively on the open market at the time and with no advertising.. He had a well developed client base and from that matched many prospective buyers with the property. This approach quickly derived interest from a number of serious buyers. From there Luke negotiated a great outcome very efficiently keeping the owner informed throughout. He was always available, even once when O/S on annual leave. Great agent.
My experience with Luke as our selling agent was very good. He got us a buyer in a short space of time, and at a price we were very happy with.

OUTSTANDING . Did you know that moving is actually in the top 3 most stressful life events? It's not surprising. So if you are going to pick an agent for your sale, pick one who takes some of that stress away. Pete isn't a cookie cutter "Northern Beaches agent" which is exactly what wanted, no sharks in suits at Belle Property Dee Why -still great suits tho!:-) All the team really delivered & great communication throughout. Pete worked hard to get us the result we wanted, and in record time!
