I am so happy we chose Matt to sell our home. He sold our house in 12 days on the market for a price we couldn't be more happy with. He is a true professional, very smart and a fantastic negotiator. The whole process was managed within 4 1/2 weeks from initial conversation to sale. His team were fantastic in helping us get our house ready to sell. On top of all that he's a nice guy.
