We had a such a great experience working with Genevieve to buy our new home. She’s incredibly warm, extremely knowledgeable about the area and always kept in close contact, regularly letting us know about properties coming onto the market that she thought would be a great fit for us. She was proactive throughout the entire process and her support made the whole experience feel easy and well managed. We’re so excited about our new home and really appreciate all her help in getting us here.
Chris was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent to deal with throughout the whole process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Genevieve remained in constant contact over the term of our property search and sale of our property. She understood our requirements and communicated professionally and honestly throughout. She has been fantastic to deal with.
Chris was extremely helpful on all details on the sale of our property
Working with Tre Blinkhorn was a fantastic experience. What stood out most was his constant communication; I never had to wonder where things stood because Tre kept me updated daily. His professional demeanor and kindness made a potentially stressful situation feel easy. He achieved a great number for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Flawless service!
Justine was a very professional agent in all our dealings with her. Because of her background in valuation, we found that she provided detailed data and feedback to us, throughout the campaign. She followed up feedback from the open for inspections by phone and in written reports. She negotiated the sale of the property a week after the auction to our highest bidder. We have no hesitation in recommending Justine as a professional real estate agent with a friendly manner and ‘can do’ attitude.
Harrison was exceptional. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and showed us a range of properties that matched our criteria. He kept in constant contact with us over a period of months and at no point did we feel pressured. This approach led to us purchasing our dream home in a swift, off-market transaction. The process was seamless and we couldn’t speak more highly of Harrison and the team.
Elise was a great selling Agent assist us to purchase this property. She was honest & helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend her.
Dax provided great advice during this stressful time. I got the price I wanted and am very happy with the team at Belle Manly.
