Therapist was lovely, delighted with brows however Brazilian wax was not great no streching done and wax applied very thin so felt like it was snapping when being removed, No streching either so sometimes the wax didnt come off first time round(prolonging that pain!!), also the therapist reapplied hot wax over areas already waxed tht were already extremely sensitive. Decor is lovely, staff lovely and brow tint and shape fantastic. Would return but not for advanced waxing
