Great service and advise. These guys know their products and their service is fantastic, they gave us multiple recommendations for upgrading our plumbing system and the best options to save money. Highly recommend and great experience all round.

Exception service and very professional! We called BPD yesterday afternoon for a damaged water meter a truck had backed into at our restaurant. We had Tim & Dan arrive within an hour, isolated the pipe and worked into the night to repair and get us going for service. Highly recommended and will definitely use again!! Thanks guys.

Been using plumbers around the state for years for all manner of jobs. Found the guys from Plumber@Hand to be extremely knowledgable, accessible, punctual and professional. Went well beyond the call of duty to get the job over the line and were always willing to work with other trades to achieve the highest standard of result. Could not recommend these guys highly enough.

My company has used Plumber@Hand on every job for the last 8 years. They are one of the most reliable plumbers I have used and would not hesitate in recommending them. Always turned up on time and when they said they would and went about there work with an extreamliy professional and high standard. Well knowledged in his area of trade and honest with what the problem is and how to resolve it. His quotes have always been lower than any other plumbers we've had quote for the same job.
