I was in a lot of pain from a shoulder injury and phoned Banora Physical Therapies on a Saturday morning. Jill was able to fit me in with Bec their remedial masseur on short notice. My ongoing injury management has been extremely good. I am reviewed at each visit and my treatment adjusted as needed. I feel I am heard and appreciate the professional guidance and care that is aimed at returning me to my previous physical level pre injury. Definitely the right choice of physiotherapist.
