Belinda was recommended to me and I’m so pleased I made that appointment. I walked in with a painful stiff shoulder and left very happy as I had movement and reduced pain as well as excellent advice regarding exercise and physio to do at home . My experience at Banora Physical Therapies was extremely positive and I highly recommend them : )

Banora Pysical Therapies are an exceptional team. Jill the owner only hires the best specialist. Speaking from 4 years experience due to a severely bad crush injury. My Physiotherapists Mike Clair & Chantelle Phipps. My Exercise Psychologist Jayden Chadburn and Remedial therapist Zahli Lowe has maintained my injuries and has strengthened me to go about daily duties.
