My review is directed at the company management not the staff.. Appalling rules I wanted to replace my old white flat handle Nelson knife like for like which I found on the BSL website & firmly believed that is exactly what I would be receiving. Not so! what I got was a Nelson knife with an inferior grey oval plastic handle which has rough edges at the lower end of it.which I know will not fit into my somewhat disalligned one hand When I questioned the difference I was told the BSL website had not been updated & further m... read more
