Fantastic Experience We recently got Solar panels and invertor installed by Akya Solar and our experience has been fantastic which compelled me to write this review. Right from understanding my requirements, getting the quote, and explaining distinct options the team were thoroughly professional. The installation team was polite and efficient and they submitted the meter change request on my behalf. Would definitely recommend the servies of Ayka Solar.

Be Really CAREFUL If your in the market for solar be very careful when you come across this company for multiple reasons. 1. They will hound you with calls non-stop till you agree. They will keep ringing you on end with out stopping. The harassment is just next level. 2. Their so called supervisors kicked and broke tiles on the roof. 3. Be wary. Poor installation and customer service. Initially everything seemed great. The price was fine and the salesman on the phone worked with me to get the install I wanted taking into account site shading. I was told the installers would be Ayka employees, but they turned out to be subcontractors, something that would soon become an issue. I was also told if I have any issues with the system the Ayka boss from Sydney will come to Canberra and personally fix the issue but after several months I’m still waiting for him to ... read more
