Dealing with Auswell Energy was easy from start to finish. Special thanks to Kasey for taking the time to answer my questions and concerns. Her support and communication throughout the whole process made everything smooth and easy. The installation team was fantastic and Bryce was really polite and clear with his explanations when he walked me through the system and app after installation was complete. I was well taken care of through the whole process and can recommend Auswell Energy to anyone looking to get solar.
Auswell provided all required information and details in relation to solar solutions available for our house. Kasey was a very effective communicator verbally and emails, ensured we were stepped through every part of the process. Installation was very quick, only took a day and half for completion and all work was conducted in a professional manner.

Cara was attentive and helpful and totally over everything we need to know. Joe our installer and electrician work very hard in trying conditions. Cara and the team at Auswell have done a stellar job with my solar install. Everything went smoothly and the installation went off without a hitch. The system on the roof is neat and tidy, the inverter installation is in the garage and is also neat and tidy. Next step will be a battery a little down the line and I have no doubts that Auswell will be the team to do that installation as well.

Your rep Tommy was a delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like as a customer we were important - something that is lacking in our world today.
Everything went like clockwork, arrived on time, the supervisor explained all the workings, the chaps all knew their job and everything left very neat and tidy, I even have a video of how it all looks on the roof. From the fantastic salesperson Tommy to the installation all top notch now just waiting for Origin to connect me. Would highly recommend this Company if you are thinking of Solar.

After contacting a few companies,Kasey was outstanding in securing the contract. Many others were not interested in quoting for a job with a house not yet built. Kasey was engaging,friendly and incredibly warm in her approach to our build. After keeping in contact for over a year we were finally able to have our panels installed and also meet Kasey in person. I would highly recommend Auswell energy as the installation team were very quick,professional and on time.
