Work is always carried out correctly. The office always contacts you if there is a hold up. You are always told of repairs that will be coming up accompanied by a quote. Kas, as the face of Australian Mechanical, is worth her weight in gold. She is friendly and cheerful and explains clearly what has been or has to be done.
The technicians always do a really good job and provide good feedback. Cassandra is always very friendly and helpful.
