Terrible customer service and communication. Basicially, they started work on my car without my full consent. I needed my car for a certain date and told Kas if you guys can't get it done by then don't start and I'll bring the car car in the following week. Plus ended up charging me more than the verbal quote I was given. Had a verbal disagreement with Kas when picking up my car where it felt like she was trying to gaslight me.

To say I’m dissatisfied with Australian mechanical is an understatement. I used Australia mechanical a month ago and have allowed time to calm down before writing this review. I needed to get my cv boots replaced on one side of my car. I had done one side myself and didn’t have the time to do the other side so I got a quote that seemed manageable even though money is tight at these times of year.
