The decision to market our home was an easy one. Harry was clear in his proposal at the onset. The process of photography, marketing of the house and private home inspections all went very smoothly. It took only 2 weeks from going online to filter through potential buyers, generate firm offers and negotiate a final contract at an outstanding price. I would highly recommend Conias for anyone looking to market their home. It may be too good to believe but trust us as extremely happy sellers!
We appreciate Harry for helping us with our investment achievements, negotiating with us, and assisting us with any obstacles that arose along the route, showing up when required. Most importantly, promptly responding to emails and messages. We'd love to use Harry as our agent once more in the near future.
Harry is polite, genuine, informative and he communicated frequently. In a changing market with the uncertainty of rate rises, he stuck to the task of selling our family property and I’m happy to recommend that if you want to sell your property, a chat with Harry and the Arthur Conias team is well worth it. Harry and Jonathan always arrived on time, presented well and consistently showed interest in the process, undistracted by a lot of the noise that can be part of real estate sales.
Harry was outstanding and really exceeded all expectations we had. He demonstrated honesty, reliability and was always available when needed. He carefully valued the home, presenting detailed evidence to support his figure, and yet still managed to sell the property well above this. Within the first week, he secured multiple offers through his outstanding negotiating abilities. The agency also covered all advertising costs, further showcasing their commitment to their clients' success.
Arthur Conias Real Estate provided a professional and extremely pleasing selling experience for us. The depth of experience shown by Harry was evident in the management of the selling process and negotiating with buyers to achieve the best outcome and we are very pleased we chose them to manage the sale of our property. We recommend any sellers wishing to experience a refreshing approach to selling their property to speak with Harry and find out how he will be able to help you.
Harry is an exceptional real estate agent and he sold my home for an amazing price. His hard work, passion, and commitment were evident throughout the process. Harry's communication skills were exceptional, keeping me informed at every step. I was pleasantly surprised when he covered all the marketing costs, a service I've never experienced with any other agency. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Harry again and I couldn't imagine selling with anyone else.
Harry did an excellent job at selling our property. We are very impressed with his resourcefulness and negotiation ability, securing a result within the first week of the sale. He communicated with us regularly making the whole process completely stressless. We would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.
