Our rental property was handled by Armadale Real Estate for 9 years prior to them selling the property for us. We found both the rental and sales teams to be very professional and they did a great job looking after our house, the tenants and the new owners. I was always kept in the loop with the property and always asked if I wanted anything to be fixed / upgraded, which she organised the hard work on my behalf, so it was stress free for me. I've been renting the same place for about 8 years and the owner has now decided to self-manage. Rachel has been the property manager for almost all of that time. I've rented quite a few houses prior to this and by far Rachel has been one of the best property managers I've ever dealt with.
