Dodgy real estate underquote property prices on real estate website to get more ppl for inspection n don’t tell what actual price owner want n tell that price will be decided at auction !! Inspected a property at Clyde North told them to sign a deal straightaway wat the highest price they posted or above 5k n the guy Leo didn’t have any answer!! Ther whole team is dodgy
Ashley at rentals provided the worst episode of “customer service” I have experienced in at least a decade ! Trying to help my family sort out a broken pool pump was a nightmare- aggressive, rude, unhelpful, obstructive. Not doing the property owner a good service either- I’m sure they would not prefer a green murky pool due to repair delays imposed by THEIR agent who they are paying to expedite such matters!!

Worst company I have dealt with. Bought house and land from Area specialist and was told December 2016 it will be done. it’s now FEB 2018 and we’ve just settled. I had no updates on any progress and was left in the dark when asked. Every time I called I was given a new completion date that was never met. I understand there’s delays and things are out of the realtors hands however they should be keeping the customer up to date and proving good customer service. Area Specialists I’m sorry to say we were disappointed! You achieved a good price at Auction for us but your follow up Support and Procedures were terrible! We felt lied to, stressed & disappointed, we understand you can not control the Buyer but you can certainly ensure the correct processes are implemented to safeguard us as a Seller! We paid a lot of money to have it feel like you supported the Buyer more than us as a Seller!
We enlisted the help of Area Specialist as they are such a visual part of the Aspendale Gardens community. However, it was a disaster from the beginning. We trusted Andy Choi to communicate with us, to be honest with us & to provide us with sound advice about selling our home as they are supposed to be the subject matter experts.
