After numerous phone calls between myself, my husband and this company, each time confirming that we were booked in for 5th March for them to install an air conditioning unit into my inlaws home, they failed to turn up. Upon calling them about their whereabouts, they told us they had us booked in for the 12th March. They were meant to call us last night about possibly installing today, as we needed the unit in by Saturday.
