We had Tayla and the support and knowledge she showed was above and beyond our expectations. My son gets nervous around new people and Tayla made sure he felt comfortable the entire time & the progress we saw after just a few visits was amazing. Would recommend to anyone ☺️

I have been placed on an exercise program to build strength in my body. After just two weeks, lesser lower body injures. This has been achieved by doing daily exercises.
Very good. Knew nothing about pelvic floor exercise's Very informative and helpful.
