We booked the Penthouse room 707 last weekend and not up to cleaning standards. Bathrooms has mould in them, under the furniture all sorts of leftovers from other guests. Oven ..we don’t even go there...disgusting. Very unhappy with the state of the room. We stayed in 3 rooms in 2020 and the same problems. Will not stay here again. The rental does not seem to take your concerns at all.

I'd give this business zero stars if that was actually possible. I should have known better to proceed with the booking after they displayed incorrect rates on the Stayz website, and the consequent communications via email were short and rude. But, benefit of the doubt, we went through with it and then had the following experiences: 1.
