i paid to get my passenger window replace; came to pick it up, tested it. it wasn't working to the standard it was before, i notice it right away. They asked if it was making noises before and explain why it was making noises. i never had that issue (until that). so now i can't scroll my window because it dangerous. and told me to pay extra to get it fix; what did i just pay for then. i feel scammed and disappoint. Wouldn't get my window replaced here.

As you are unable to speak to you regarding this matter we are replying publicly: When you brought your AH Astra in for a door glass replacement our technicians noticed a lot of wear in the window mechanism and channel. (so much so that the nylon slides were missing completely) We installed your window and explained the issue with the window when you collected the vehicle.
