Best support in the industry. Tom assisted in identifying a faulty Envoy box and arranging a replacement with the vendor. Above and beyond, following up numerous times with complete professional throughout. Makes me wish I had known of 3P solar years ago. Give Tom a bonus for Christmas.

The technion was a nice guy just not equipt The inverter itself is great and the customer service behind the the phones was great but on the day the technician came came somewhat ill equipt to do the job. we had to lend him tools and he also left the site to go buy more equipment to finish the job then asking my husband to attactch some tubing to the wall, which my husband is quiet cable of but not the point
