My concerns about excess power being sent to the grid when my battery wasn't fully charged were addressed within an hour of lodging the query. Noah took the trouble to explain that the rate of charge depends on the amount of charge in the battery at the time and varies with excess going to the grid.

Following the installation of solar panels I wasn't getting what I thought the energy production should have been. A call to Ethan resulted in a believe a reset of the settings and productivity jumped immediately, but then a follow up was also done to ensure all setting were subsequently optimised. I am very happy with both Ethan and 3P solar's services - Sam has also been excellent!
