Mr. Dependable (Tom) I contacted Tom to resolve the app which was not active as my Internet modem was replaced. Tom as always was very cooperative and patient to contact his team to quickly bring them on a group call to resolve the issue. In addition, Tom went that extra length in answering all my queries I had about understanding and reading the app SEMS. He had the required knowledge to impart it to his customer.
