Installation was find and installed on time, I had a problem with internet connection dropping out on my phone all so the battery system wasn't working as it should, I phone the company many times with their staff telling my their is no problem with the battery system, no one came to check the unit until I contacted Tom one of their staff members tom was able to sort out and fix the problem with the unit I suggested if you have any problems you contact tom ,and company give him a pay rise well done tom
