I couldn't fault the service from 3D Energy. The explanations given for my needs in originally installing solar panels, and most recently a battery for them to maintain power in blackouts, was thorough and exceptional. The electricians were on time, polite, friendly, accommodating, efficient, left the place clean and tidy, and didn't play music! Communication with the owner/manager (and electrician himself), Matthew Giddins, was easy and he was always prompt and clear in his responses.

Matt and his team were absolute professionals from start to finish. Matt was great with the design phase / recommendations, and the install team's workmanship was first class. No defects in the install, and all rubbish was removed. Would highly recommend Matt and his team for any size solar installations. Thanks again.

Matthew and team were very competent, reliable and responsive. We took awhile to make a decision on Solar and consulted with other companies, but went with 3D energy because each time we had a question or came back for more info Matt was extremely responsive and provided a service which exceeded that of competitors. Installation was completed efficiently and the team were professional and reliable.
