The receptionist are very welcoming and lovely! Always willing to help and very understanding. I had a pleasant interaction with Amy and she made booking future appointments very easy! Also Dr Regina, always makes me feel comfortable in my appointments and I never feel rushed. Thanks young street medical.
The waiting room at Young St Medical Clinic is spacious and very comfortable, making it easier to relax while waiting. The clinic also has a nice, clean toilet, which is convenient, especially for longer visits. Another plus is its location right next to the chemist, which makes it super easy to pick up any prescriptions right after your appointment. Always a delightful experience - friendly, helpful, cheerful reception staff- there are no silly questions. My regular GP, Dr. Ayo- a calming, engaging, genuinely compassionate human being.
I was looked after by the beautiful, kind nurse Micaela who made me feel at ease while I had my ECG. Very pleasant experience as I felt genuinely cared for. Would have happily spent more time in her presence.
