I have been seeing Dr. Shirley for many years, and I can truly say she is an exceptional doctor. She is not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also incredibly patient and understanding. Dr. Shirley always takes the time to listen and makes you feel heard and cared for. I am very grateful for her professionalism and compassion throughout the years. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about their patients.
The waiting room at Young St Medical Clinic is spacious and very comfortable, making it easier to relax while waiting. The clinic also has a nice, clean toilet, which is convenient, especially for longer visits. Another plus is its location right next to the chemist, which makes it super easy to pick up any prescriptions right after your appointment. I booked a Telehealth appointment but apparently didn’t meet the requirements to receive one (hadn’t physically been at the clinic in 12 months) and instead of informing me of this the doctor just said I attended the appointment and had me waiting for two hours for an appointment I was never going to get. Receptionist was absolutely lovely and I feel sorry for her having to cop verbal abuse from people this happens to when it should be on the doctors to have proper communication.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Zafar. He provided excellent service and took the time to explain my blood test results in detail, which really helped me understand my health better. His approach was professional, thorough, and reassuring. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.
The receptionist are very welcoming and lovely! Always willing to help and very understanding. I had a pleasant interaction with Amy and she made booking future appointments very easy! Also Dr Regina, always makes me feel comfortable in my appointments and I never feel rushed. Thanks young street medical.
