I booked online the night before my appointment. I arrived at the medical centre to be greeted by a very nice young lady at reception, who took all my details to confirm on the system due to me being a new patient not being from Frankston, and was asked to wait in the very clean waiting area. Soon after my doctor came and got me for my consultation which went very well. edit: i just had my first and hopefully last meeting with a gp in this building. $65 to see a man who would barely talk to me. printed and signed a script and kicked me out. then, in tears, i went to see the pharmacist only to not have the shot i needed in stock. i'm considering asking for compensation. the receptionist was incredibly rude, i waited on call for over half an hour jumping back and forth between first and second position after being called back, was not made aware of the cost of a simple immunisation until i wa... read more
Dr Sharma has just been an absolute gem - so kind and patient when I have trouble communicating and I don't think I've ever had better interactions with any other doctor. Absolutely a credit to the clinic, and I highly recommend Dr Sharma for his hard work and wonderful manner with patients.
It was really weird I didn't receive a appointment phone call today I'll be contacting the clinic tomorrow again. Great doctors it stated that I went to my appointment I didn't receive a phone call. Bit of a Medicare security breach there I'll be in contact with both the cliand Medicare tomorrow
