Lucky to have this place as my local - staff are always understanding and helpful. Was able to get in today (Sunday 25/8) to grab an urgent script despite all doctor appointments being taken, with the person on reception being very kind and accommodating. Will always recommend!
I am still shaking uncontrollably from the horrendously abhorrent treatment I received by one of these people! I can not believe that this clinc has not been audited by medical boards. I tried to speak to the practice manager but were not better at all than that so called 'doctor'. I will take my case to Medicare, CA and the likes to do my community service duty. Sorry but why have a doctor that has signs up everywhere “We don’t prescribe benzos Sleep pills addictive drugs and or opioids” why not let the doctors make that decision. The fear of prescribing is so bad and stigma is horrific. Why not fix that part of the general practice area. This is not a joke. This medicine saves lives and makes life livable for others. Come on.
Been here a few times for work cover related appointments. Receptionists are mostly really good, receptionist Georgia has always been super helpful, very friendly and quick with doing my documents. Receptionist Caitlin is always very nice as well. Horrible experience with Dr Chikoree, extremely dismissive, disrespectful, rude and my experience showed he was incapable of understanding basic work cover forms. Dr Harley and Dr Shirley have always been pleasant and very helpful, always take time to explain when asked to.
Had an appointment this morning with Dr. Chickory. This was Work care related and I needed a Work capacity certificate filled. I have never in my 53 years had an experience like I did this morning. He outright refused to fill in my certificate said he is not interested and kept saying no. He did not want to listen to anything I had to say. Do not see this doctor.
