Her skilled hand makes treatments comfortable and stress-free, and she goes the extra mile to explain things clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence. I have seen Dr Shamsi now two years in a row and I am still extremely appreciative of her work and approach. I needed an urgent dental review on a Saturday morning. Yarra smiles went out of their way to fit me in. I have severe dental anxiety. The staff were amazing at addressing my fears. We talked about triggers and support processes. It was very much client focused care. The dental surgery is new, extremely clean, the rooms were bright, the equipment super high tech and the staff very skilled, highly professional and gave complete care. Fabulous experience! Dr Shamsi is very gentle and thorough and installs confidence. The staff are all friendly and professional. Lovely surroundings and latest equipment. As an aside charges were so reasonable too.
