Previously left a 5 star review about Dr Faulkner and the lovely, helpful reception staff I dealt with previously, but I now cannot in good conscience recommend this place due to my recent, multiple phone enquiries with Mikayla, and her colleague who was "on concierge". Over the past few months I attempted to schedule well overdue follow up appointments on tests that Dr Faulkner had requested, however since he left I called to see any other available GP instead. Very caring Doctors. I don’t mind if I have a long wait because the drs don’t stick to the 10 minute consultation time. Staff are very welcoming and efficient. Wouldn’t go anywhere else 😀👍
Lila's customer service is phenomenal. I came in this morning to double check that a referral was sent to a specialist, She was very patient and understanding. Even though I have relocated to Sydney, it is people like Lila, who create an environment which keeps me coming back to this medical practice. ✨️🥰
Karen is the BEST doctor i have ever had, shes incredibly caring and knowledgeable in womens health and also the most patient person i have ever experienced in the medical field, I am so lucky to have her as my doctor and cannot thank her enough for who she is, Karen you rock !!
Friendly people who have looked after me for years, they understand me & my ailments & keep things under control. They help me out at short notice if they can see gaps in my doctors schedule they squeeze me in and always conduct them selves in a professional manner. I feel I am a valued & respected client/ patient who could not be happier with my treatment.
