Efficient service, plenty of doctors, bulk billing available. Terms of service regarding patients, is clearly communicated on initial presentation. The reception staff are knowledgeable and prompt with sending referrals, and the service has a call back system if it’s a busy time. I have a regular GP who has been thorough, thoughtful, kind and practical. I’ve been a patient here for two years and have really appreciated care I have received.
The reception staff at Wyoming Medical Centre are amazing! Highly professional, warm and friendly, they really are a brilliant team. Dr. Tripp is a competent and thorough young doctor. She is gentle and friendly, which put my 6 year old at ease straight away. After recently moving regions, I am incredibly happy that my family has found a great new GP. I feel very fortunate.
Front desk was very helpful and full of knowledge. The doctor I saw was very good with my 1 year old daughter however we waited 40 mins after our appointment time. Our experience was great overall just the wait time but we know doctors are super busy. Thank you
I've had nothing but amazing experiences! Laurie was absolutely the most incredible nurse I have ever had the privilege of working with! She was so patient and kind and answered all of my questions without any judgement. I would absolutely recommend anyone to work with her here!
Very disappointed! 0/5 rating We recently moved from Townsville and, without a specific GP in Central Coast, I booked an appointment for my wife with Dr. Promila Singh. To our surprise, the appointment was rejected! Is this a medical centre or a car service centre ? It's very shameful that a medical centre would deny services to someone who already booked appointment. My close friends and family visit this centre and specifically recommended Dr. Promila Singh.
