I note receipt of the expected, dishonest, cut'n'paste reply below. My complaint is about the conduct of Dr Mitchell Zalai (Provider No. 578414DK) - it was simply brushed aside. LET ME BE CLEAR: my complaint was NOT about scripts, that's how medical practices/factories auto-deflect criticism. It's a default setting for the dishonest. Previously left a 5 star review about Dr Faulkner and the lovely, helpful reception staff I dealt with previously, but I now cannot in good conscience recommend this place due to my recent, multiple phone enquiries with Mikayla, and her colleague who was "on concierge". Dr Mitchell Zalai was very thorough when I went and saw him. I was very surprised as no Doctor has ever shown this much care from other clinics. Thank you for listening.
My wife and I recently moved from a fairly ordinary medical centre to this one and cannot fault the service here. Dr. James SEDDON provides excellent medical advice and his medical knowledge is first class. Further the administration staff are highly competent and helpful and I wish to thank Lauren for her assistance with a dispute we experienced with the previous medical centre.
Myself and my children see Dr Cho and I can not recommend he highly enough he is a fantastic Dr, he is thorough and friendly. The receptionists, xray technicians and nurses are all great and also very friendly and kind.
