Don’t recommend this place at all! They see you as cash cows. Needed just two referrals for the same issue each independent on the result of the other but doctor refused to give a referral. He wanted us to make another appointment. If it was different issue you would kinda understand but it’s the same issue. It Changes A lot, but this is good. it was years ago very over crowded. But today in 2024 much has been made very suitable for people. well trained staff and amazing doctors. i am also super happy with the dentist at Wyoming i had treatment last month, very fast and professional. was no a fun time but these things need to be done.
Dr. Scott Faulkner is literally the best. I hope he never goes back to the UK. He is destined for great things. If you are lucky enough to have an appointment with him, then rest assured his intuitive abilities as a physician will make sure your ailments are taken care of. He is so thorough, that even the health issues you didn’t know about will be covered. It took 3 visits to get my child vaccinated here. The first time I waited to see a doctor and he told me they were out of stock. The second time I waited 45 mins and by the time the doctor saw me it was 3.29 and the nurses closed The rudeness was unbelievable. The nurse Charlotte Evans told me she doesn’t live at work. She couldn’t spare 5 mins to vaccinate my child and 15 mins to hang around to see if there was an allergic reaction. Efficient service, plenty of doctors, bulk billing available. Terms of service regarding patients, is clearly communicated on initial presentation. The reception staff are knowledgeable and prompt with sending referrals, and the service has a call back system if it’s a busy time. I have a regular GP who has been thorough, thoughtful, kind and practical. I’ve been a patient here for two years and have really appreciated care I have received.
