I’m deeply saddened that Dr. Nancy Wong is leaving Wyoming Medical Centre. Having visited many doctors on the Central Coast, I can confidently say she is one of the few who genuinely prioritizes accurate diagnosis and patient care. She takes the time to thoroughly understand her patients, rather than rushing through appointments. Don’t ever visit this practice! I called on a Saturday morning in extreme pain to be told there was a “ abit of a wait” by the receptionist. I waited 2 hours to see Dr Wong! Disgraceful! That is not abit of a wait! And to top it off I was in her office for all of 5 mins and she gave me completely the wrong medication! When I visited my normal GP on Monday morning she gave me an urgent referral to an ENT specialist. When I visited the ENT he told me I had a dangerous ear infection! Dr.Nancy Wong at Wyoming medical & dental centre is fantastic! She is attentive, caring, and explains everything clearly. I felt truly heard and valued. The staff was also welcoming and efficient. Highly recommend her for anyone seeking excellent care!

Overall a good experience for my first time at this GP. Location is convenient and easy to access, plenty of parking. The receptionist was cheerful and welcoming. The wait times to see the practitioners were a bit long as they seemed quite busy in the middle of the day however Dr Immaculee herself was lovely, friendly and very helpful.
