I've been renting through Woodards Carlton North and have had an excellent experience, thanks largely to my property manager, Amelia Natoli. Amelia is professional, approachable, and genuinely caring. She handles every question and maintenance request quickly and efficiently, with great communication throughout. Daniel O’Keeffe was excellent at helping me rent out my apartment. I truly appreciated his efficiency and how smooth everything went. He was very responsive and had great communication. My apartment was photographed, advertised and a fully signed lease was completed within about two weeks of meeting Daniel. Highly recommend.
