Woodards Carlton North have managed an investment property (now being sold) for me for the last ten years. I wish to express my great satisfaction with the property managers, Tamie, Rachael and Susie over this period. Their tenant selection process has proven to be excellent. Maintenance issued have always been resolved quickly and fairly for me and the tenants. Finally the Woodards team who support the managers have always run the admin side second to none! I appreciate all the service provided. Best regards, Gary
I had a fantastic experience dealing with Douglas King as my property agent. He was professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Douglas always communicated clearly, handled everything efficiently, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s not easy to find an agent who is both professional and approachable, but Douglas went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate his honesty, reliability, and excellent customer service. I w... read more
I recently used Woodards Carlton North to lease my investment townhouse and couldn't be happier with the experience. Daniel, Caterina and Lara were fantastic from start to finish — professional, approachable and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how well they kept me informed at every stage. As a property investor, it's reassuring to know exactly what's happening with your property, and the team made sure I was never left wondering. I have no hesitation in recommending Woodards... read more
We’ve worked with a number of real estate agencies over the years, and without hesitation, Woodards has stood out as one of the best teams we’ve had the pleasure of working with. After seeing the quality of our work and service, he generously shared our details internally, which gave us the opportunity to work alongside Amelia and Samantha as well. From there, things grew rapidly, and we were fortunate enough to expand across another two Woodards location... read more
Daniel was great to deal with. Along with his associate Lara, they made me feel comfortable as a new investor leasing out my property for the first time. Would highly recommend Daniel and Lara for their professionalism and great communication. Look forward to working with them for the foreseeable future.
