We leased a property through Woodards Ascot Vale for around 6 years. We had a great leasing experience and our property manager, Taila Marra, was very friendly and communucative, always made sure maintenance was taken care of in a timely fashion, and was veey fair during routine inspections and during the bond release phase. We bought an investment property through Brad at Woodards. The entire process was flawless with his help. When it was time to put it on lease Catarina was amazing from preparing the property with compliance checks, inspections, conducting reference checks to finding us the right renters.
