Property Manager Siobhan Flinn is like no other. Incredibly responsive, professional and solves any issues we have had with our rental property in a cool and calm manner. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, i highly recommend her and hope to find my next rental property through Woodards and Siobhan only.
Had a roof leak with an apartment I'm renting (on the top floor). For those not in the know, this is a body corporate thing, not just a landlord thing, an additional level of complexity to resolve. After reporting to Claire and the team at Woodards the only effort I had to go to was agreeing on a time with the roofing plumbers a week later so they could make sure that the picture inside and outside made sense. Issue has been fixed. Very happy.
I've been a tenant for over 18 yrs at the same property. In that time I've had 2 different RE agencies and by far Woodards have been the best. My property manager, Taila Marra is outstanding. I've never had a maintenance request processed and dealt with so quickly and efficiently. Barely an hour after sending an email, I had a plumber call me. On a Friday afternoon. Speaks volumes about the right property manager. I don't feel like I need to worry, Taila always looks after me.
