Early days yet but posting that I have been very impressed with Claire Van Dyk of Woodards' persistence, being proactive and keeping me up to date in getting handover from my previous managers (ICPM who were shockingly poor and difficult to deal with). I am confident my tenants will be much happier. This was a difficult handover trying to work with a difficult previous agent who was unresponsive. I am impressed with Claire's tenacity and would recommend her services to anyone wanting to change property managers.
