I was suffering a high level of discomfort in my upper rear thigh after potentially exercising incorrectly. I could walk ok but certainly not run, lying down was uncomfortable and lateral movements like getting out of a car were quite painful. Ben is an extremely competent professional and has been an essential part of my physical maintenance routine for years. Being both a chiropractor and a physiotherapist, he covers all bases. Plus he’s a really nice guy. Five stars.
Great experience! Ben was able to tailor an exercise / stretching program that would meet my overall objectives. He was even able to do some chiropractic manoeuvres to help alleviate some tightness in my neck and hips.
Ben at Willoughby Physiotherapy is the best physio ever! Every time I’ve had an issue, he’s diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately and worked with me to fix it. He is kind and supportive and challenging when he needs to be to get me back in working order. The whole business is friendly and professional and runs smoothly. Appointments run on time and the booking system is easy to use. Can’t recommend the business highly enough.
