Have been using Wilco for about 10 years and have found them excellent.
The boys were punctual to job. Diagnosis of problem was mostly accurate and fully understandable to the layperson. Unforeseen issues presented & subsequent diagnosis dealt with efficiently and timely with good humour All the workers worked hard and were most pleasant to deal with. Site cleanup was fine. Highly recommend Wilco to anyone requiring urgent remediation work
DAY 2 - blockage still exits, job will need to be looked at again. Thought job was done and dusted. Brayden was prompt, efficient, good communication. Today is Saturday not sure if anyone will come to reassess... waiting.
I received excellent service from Wilco! I had a leaking tap and they sent someone out within 4 hours who gave me different options with prices and quickly replaced the old tap and fittings. I am happy to recommend this company
The plumber who attended was polite and knowledgeable of his trade. Did a great job
From the initial phone call, and the prompt response for a plumber to come out the same afternoon and no call out fee was very impressive. More extensive work was needed to fix the problem but it was done promptly and finished .
