Thomas was the Technician who came to service the work at our property in November he advised me by phone that he was on the way despite the small delay He was polite , honest , offered a choice with the replacement / repair work Was careful with the work being conducted I was happy with his service & professionalism & added touches The over all price I paid for the work & replacement of units replaced seemed a bit excessive which was a downside to the image of Wilco & 365 Building Solutions
The people we dealt with were very friendly, professional and informative. Everything was explicitly explained to us. We were shown the options and left to choose. There was no pressure. The work was done very well and everything was left in a clean, tidy state.
