We had a great time travelling the East Coast with an Aventus 2 model. Picking up and also giving back the car was very uncomplicated. Although at the beginning our camper made some bad noise the staff was very friendly and we could change to a new car in time. You can‘t expect a new & very clean car, but for that price it was totally acceptable! Very good value for money ! Car was exactly as expected and perfect for a 2 week trip from Cairns to Brisbane. Also the support team is fast to answer any questions which is a nice support.
We hired an older campervan for a long weekend to explore Cairns, Cape Tribulation, and the rainforest. Even though it was manual, it was easy to drive, and we had no issues with the van. The pick-up team was friendly and provided all the information we needed. The set-up was convenient – we only needed our sleeping bags, as cooking equipment was already included, which allowed us to prepare our own meals. Rented the three person mystery van for three days. It’s an older vehicle but had no issues throughout the trip. Pick up was straight forward and drop off after hours was a breeze. Just waiting on confirmation of my bond refund now. If all is well I would definitely hire again.
