My new rug was ruined by my puppy weeing on it and a red wine spill. Had it steam cleaned by a carpet cleaner. Waste of time and money. Who Who fixed it! No sign of marks and I couldn’t believe how professional they are. Their communication was fabulous and immediate. Their men came and removed and replaced the rug in a helpful friendly way.
