John came over one afternoon, drank a few beers and then sold our house. He and Cat were fantastic to deal with. Their local knowledge, communication and professionalism made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was always approachable, kept us informed and there was never any pressure. I would happily recommend John and the team at Whale Coast Realty.
The team at Whale coast realty have done an amazing job in meeting our expectations. Thank you for your efforts
John presented with excellent local market knowledge, confidence and great tips for property presentation.
The best on the coast
A pleasure dealing with John and his team, they are very efficient and friendly.
John advised me over the past year on sales range and timing issues and achieved a price above my expectations in a falling market and with a tenant still in place for 6 weeks after exchange. The tenant didn't vacate and we had to secure a Tribunal order for possession so settlement was delayed. Tenant left the place in a poor state so there was further frantic work to get the place up to standard within contract deadlines. First-class teamwork by John and Whale Coast team got us over the line!!
