Linda was on the front counter and although she was incredibly busy, she was warm and welcoming. The wait time wasn't long, which is very unusual for WPM&DC. Dr Irima was very thorough and kind. I would definitely recommend him to others.
Saw dr Faisal. He is pleasant and didn't make me feel rushed. Listened to what I said and asked lots of questions. Was thorough and clear with his advice. Would see again.
Absolutely appalled by the treatment my family has been given at this doctor, Dr. Shiraz in particular brushed off a very serious surgical issue and had an elderly member of my family sick in bed for almost 2 years before any treatment was given, he then spoke over and brushed her off some more when she tried to speak with him about it. I was also refused treatment for an abscess due to it being “too dangerous,” a “young female” and the fear of “legal consequences.” Absolutely ridiculous.
