I made an appointment 1 month previously but due to a number of things my appointment was 1 + hrs late . The doctor was good and the receptionist was also but due to not may doctors and a lot of patients it would be difficult to keep the appointments on time. The doctor said that it was because also that people come in with paperwork to fill in that take longer then 10 minute scheduled appointments. Overall not bad but more doctors would have made the situation better.

It is not getting better. I understand the major problems are systematic however a well managed centre should not consistently and habitually be running 1+hrs behind schedule every day. Waiting 3 weeks for an appointment arriving then waiting 1 hour and 40 mins wait Only to then be told to rebook another day if we still want the procedure done We booked a longer consult to ensure enough time. This is so disappointing Dubbo deserves better health care

Rang in the morning, luckily I got an appointment at 12.40pm that day. When I arrived he was running 3 hours late. It is what it is and I got in to see a doctor which is what I needed, but to have an appointment and then have to wait 2 hours (people got cranky and left so I got seen to sooner) is ridiculous. Not sure how running 3 hours behind happens but they were really nice and the doctor was lovely. Extremely disappointed in the clinic's management of wait times. My partner has been waiting 3 hours without any seeming progress to see her GP despite an appointment at 1210hr. At 2.5 hours after her appointment time, she was told there were 3 others ahead. 5 patients later, she was told there were another 2 patients. The clinic cannot claim to really care about patients if they are expected to sit in a variable queue, and wait times are consistently terrible. Appalling service in almost all aspects. Usually waiting from 2 hours and beyond after the scheduled appointment time, I've spoken there with patients who waited for over 6 hours for their appointment. Rude receptionists and doctors who take no pride in their work. The only upside to going here was they do bulk billing and can do weekend appointments, but honestly it's not worth the hassle all things considered.
