Linda was on the front counter and although she was incredibly busy, she was warm and welcoming. The wait time wasn't long, which is very unusual for WPM&DC. Dr Irima was very thorough and kind. I would definitely recommend him to others.
I am delighted to recommend Dr. Muhammad Faisal, whose exceptional level of professionalism and patient-centered care truly sets him apart. From the moment I began my consultation, I was impressed by Dr. Faisal's willingness to dedicate his time. He didn't rush the appointment; instead, he took the time to listen intently to all my concerns, which is a rare and valued quality in today's healthcare environment.
This Medical Centre is truly excellent, especially because they are open on Sundays, which is very convenient. Even though I arrived at the treating room right at the nurse’s finishing time, she still welcomed me with kindness and professionalism. I really appreciate their friendly and thoughtful service.
I wouldn't recommend this surgery if you're actually trying to sort out any medical problems. The reception staff are lovely, but the doctor I saw was arrogant, uncaring, and didn't listen. He didn't check my blood pressure or pulse and refused to give me the type of referral I was asking for. He was dismissive and appeared to be ignorant of some general knowledge things because he couldn't answer simple questions. Dr. Muhammad Faisal is a very talented doctor. He has always assisted with what I am going on. His nature of attention to details and dedication towards his patients is outstanding. But due to his limited availability on hotdoc app I have to wait whole week to see him which makes me sad and I don’t know what is my condition until the weekend. So, I suggest if Dr. Faisal has more availability in the beginning of the week rather than all shifts accumulated at the end of the week would be much appreciated. Thanks!
