The lovely treating Dr i see is Prompt , understanding, explains things . I must commend him on his Outstanding & Caring manner, so professional, he takes his duty of care above & beyond. All the Staff at Western Plains Medical Centre Are so nice & always polite & helpful . I always make an appointment first Before I go so I know I don't have to wait .
Had a great experience with this clinic. We had a surgical wound that needed attention and after waiting hours at the hospital the western plains clinic was more than happy to help us out and had us in the door and seen by a nurse within a very short time! The staff were fantastic and very accomodating!! We would return here again.
Saw them today and cannot fault. Was seen in a timely manner, was bulk billed and the doctor we saw was amazing. All staff went above and beyond our expectations of a medical centre. Can highly recommend.
I made an appointment 1 month previously but due to a number of things my appointment was 1 + hrs late . The doctor was good and the receptionist was also but due to not may doctors and a lot of patients it would be difficult to keep the appointments on time. The doctor said that it was because also that people come in with paperwork to fill in that take longer then 10 minute scheduled appointments. Overall not bad but more doctors would have made the situation better.
This is the best medical practice in Dubbo. It is affordable ie bulk billed, I got in to see the doctor in a very timely manner without a king wait, the doctor I saw was amazing and very thorough, the staff are very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this practice
