I had the worst experience at this clinic while seeking treatment for my child’s fractured finger. From the start, the staff were uncooperative and dismissive. They initially refused to see us, insisting we go to a GP or hospital instead. Only after repeated requests did they agree to book an appointment. Thank you! The staff were all friendly, patient and kind. We did have to wait a while (1.5 hours) as some more urgent cases came in but the lollipops from the lovely receptionist helped my two little ones along! And when it was our turn, the doctor took his time, didn’t just rush us through. Much appreciated :)

I recently visited Urgent Care Werribee and had a fantastic experience, thanks to Dr. Mousa and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me warmly, which was especially appreciated during a busy public holiday weekend. We’ve unfortunately had our second visit with our little boy for having bad falls with facial injuries. Once being a public holiday and the other being a busy afternoon for their clinic. Both times the staff were beyond amazing. The receptionists were always extremely friendly, the nurses very attentive and the doctor so knowledgeable, child friendly and helpful. Both times my son has been seem promptly to control his bleeding , and both times we have left content, well treated and greatly reassured.
