We recently visited the clinic as my son got a splinter stuck on his finger. The lady at the reception, the nurse ( Sarah) and the doctor were super amazing and handled everything very patiently. The reception lady and the nurse were super friendly with my son and handled the everything with utmost care. I must say my experience was great and we felt we were in reliable hands. Thank you team for taking care of us and being so kind.
Umm… waiting time was a bit too long. But reallyyy loved the staff and the medical service over there. Especially, Dr. Eddie was so professional and friendly, and so efficient with his work. He treated me so well. Also the RN, I dont clearly remember her name. She was amazing as well. Thankyou 🩷
Attended today with my son, and from start to finish was good. My son had metal in his eye. we were seen and treated efficiently. Kristie on front desk was amazing, polite and efficient. Suma and her assistant were brilliant also, explaining the process and ensuring my son was treated well. Where there many people there yep! And we were still seen in a timely manner. When hospitals are at capacity, doctor appointments are filled, this area is a way to be seen and treated. 5 stars.

We waited over three hours, and all they did was apply a temporary bandage—because their X-ray facility wasn’t available. We were asked to return the next day for the X-ray, which we did. After the scan, the doctor told us... read more
