I had an amazing experience at the urgent care clinic in Werribee! They took exceptional care of my mother, and the staff was incredibly polite, gentle, and attentive. Dr. Suma is an outstanding doctor; she thoroughly understood my mother’s wound and stitched it up perfectly. Zai, the receptionist(NURSE), was also wonderful and made us feel welcomed. Had an excellent experience at the Werribee Medicare Urgent Care Clinic. The staff were friendly, patient and incredibly professional from the moment I walked in. The nurses were thorough and caring, and the doctor took the time to actually listen and explain everything clearly.
