I recently visited Urgent Care Werribee and had a fantastic experience, thanks to Dr. Mousa and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me warmly, which was especially appreciated during a busy public holiday weekend. I've been there with my wife who was suffering UTI symptoms, and they denied treatment, directing her to a GP in the same building, that was not bulk billing... As we can see in the urgent care treatment list, UTI is included in the list
Had the best experience for my first time attending. I initially went to emergency at Werribee Mercy and after 2.5hrs waiting, I still wasn't seen by anyone. I left emergency after a friend suggested I go to WMUCC. I arrived and was triaged within 15mins, then was seen by the doctor 20mins later, where the doctor did not hesitate to perform an urgent procedure and; without the need for me to have to continue waiting. After waiting over 2 hours at Mercy I was recommended to come here, where I was seen very quickly. Biggest thank you to Rose who stitched up my leg for me. She was so wonderful and funny, she did an excellent job of putting me at ease :) I was seen very quickly and staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly
Not so pleasant experiene at Werribee Urgent Care on 15th April 2025. I had attended Werribee Urgent Care for sudden Neck and shoulder pain on the above date. I had booked online appointment at 11.20 am and was on time at the clinic. Post arrival I was informed that the appointment does not make much diffrenece and they attend to patients on arrival basis.
