I’ve been coming here for many years and overall very happy with the doctors that have been my GPs. They’ve been several as they’ve left over the years. You can’t beat having so many services under the one roof.. visit with a doctor, then straight into having a blood test or X-Ray for example, so convenient. I want to preface by saying that we regularly attend this doctors clinic as it's close and convenient. although never having any bad experiences with the gps, our visit to urgent care clinic yesterday was appalling. we presented around 12.30pm with a toddler who was dehydrated, had a fever of 40° for 4 days and was now vomiting and not keeping fluids or food down. my biggest concern obviously was not being able to get any fluids. upon waiting in line I then proceeded to tell the lady at the desk about my toddler and was cut ... read more

My tele-health appointment was good, but when they sent me the email with the pathology request the entire email was only about asking me to give a Google review. I deleted the email because I thought that's all it was. Nowhere in the email did it say that the pathology request is attached. You need to fix up your email communications make the priority the patient's health not your marketing feedback. So here you are, here's my Google review.
I had ongoing daily dressing changes post surgery that needed looking after and the reception staff were great at booking in multiple days at a time. The nurses were very compassionate and gentle for each change, specially the first week where it was very sensitive, they went at my pace and worked with me to make sure the dressings were comfortable.
