I had the honor of attend this clinic yesterday and it was definitely an experience. I had an intense vertigo episode first thing in the morning, where I fell down, had blurred vision and couldn't walk, and had an ambulance called for me; they spent about an hour with me, called their own doctor service for a consult and in the end didn't see the need to go to the ER as my symptoms were slowly going away and it didn't look like a stroke, but said to get a full check up that day and recommend the Werribee immediate care clin... read more
This practice was as busy as a hospital when I went yesterday at 3pm. Despite the queues and staff having to repeat themselves constantly, they remained calm and polite and friendly. Such patience needs to be congratulated to reception staff. Thanks to Dr Chee very efficient and kind.
The. Receptionist is ok not too bad. My new GP. She’s very kind, understanding and patient. And will continue to see my new GP in the future
Had to visit the clinic for a throat infection; there was a wait about 45 minutes, but it was school holidays and the clinic was busy. When i did get to see the doctor, they did a good job processing me and dealing with my problem.
Went there to see a doctor on July 2nd. Doctor prescribed a medicine for my cyst. It never got cured and after 7 days it became a big infection. And I had to do immediate surgery where local anasthecia didn’t work. Just to consult this doctor which took 5 mins and with wrong medicine they charged me 50 bucks. And that too was a total mess, I swiped my credit card for pre authorisation and after 20 days calling me back and saying “we charged a wrong account and can you pay it now”.
