Great experience. I’ve recently shifted from another GP clinic to this clinic as it’s much closer to home. Visited last Sunday over concerns about a spot on my forehead. Was booked in to see Dr Nick Smith within a week. Very professional service and I didn’t have to wait long either on the day of my appointment - which is a bonus. I feel like I’m in good hands!

Ohh man I had an appointment Sunday 25th, 2025 at 230pm. Wanted to see doc. There was only one staff at the clinic who completly turned a blind eye on me like i was not there, maybe she had a bad day or something. But man i had to leave, the feeling of being not attended to when it was not busy? Sucks. I had to leave . Didnt get seen. No need to bother them. I thought id get help. I’ve been coming here for many years and overall very happy with the doctors that have been my GPs. They’ve been several as they’ve left over the years. You can’t beat having so many services under the one roof.. visit with a doctor, then straight into having a blood test or X-Ray for example, so convenient. I wish I could post without any stars. The worst medical centre I've come across so far in the west. Maybe all of Melbourne. The receptionist staff are very unprofessional and poorly trained. The wait times over the phone are ridiculous. The receptionist staff act oblivious to the fact that people are calling them due to being unwell. We call for medical assistance and help not to have a chat so there's no need for the hostility and dismissal. I can’t express enough how much of an amazing doctor Dr. Nada Khalid is. I have struggled for so long to find a kind and compassionate doctor who is also extremely professional and pays attention to detail to help me with my health concerns. She is a great listener and always gives great medical advice. Also, from my experience she is always very punctual with her times. Can’t recommend her enough.
