Appointment was book for Dr Verma at 9:00am on Good Friday, unfortunately for some reason he didn’t show up. Waited there for half an hour after asking reception she assigned another Doctor. No communication and lady doctor was also rude and not cooperative.
Waa able to get an appointment same day, then when I went in they saw me struggling to stand and near immediately found me somewhere to lay down. Nurses kept checking on me regularly until my appointment time and the doctor that saw me was incredibly patient while I explained some random muscle pains that I was experiencing and didn't know the cause of. Not for a moment did anyone in the process think I was making any of it up or exaggerating my pain and that means so much when I myself didn't know what was causing it.
Very easy to find on Google right next to Werribee Station. Not too busy at 8am reception is pleasant, fast acting and directions are simply and easy to understand. Dr Nick was very informative took his time to understand my situation actually went that little bit extra for my asthma and provided a prescription that we have never seen before but the brand is common. Thank you clinic for your help
I saw Dr Nick Smith to get some advice on my 1 year old daughters eczema. We'd been trying to get this under control for well over 6 months, spent hundreds of dollars on countless creams and seen multiple Dr's. He listened to me intently explain her history and took thorough notes. He told me what we should stop doing immediately and why, and developed a plan and explained in detail what we needed to do. I went in to see Mick smith for my chest complaint. What I found was the friendliest and most professional reception staff for a very long time,they helped me with the whole process than I got to meet my doctor and mick was sensational not the slightest lecture,went straight to work and sent me to hospital so for that reason I want to thank Dr smith for their legendary professionalism and conduct because without that help I may not be here today.
