I’ve been coming here for many years and overall very happy with the doctors that have been my GPs. They’ve been several as they’ve left over the years. You can’t beat having so many services under the one roof.. visit with a doctor, then straight into having a blood test or X-Ray for example, so convenient. I had ongoing daily dressing changes post surgery that needed looking after and the reception staff were great at booking in multiple days at a time. The nurses were very compassionate and gentle for each change, specially the first week where it was very sensitive, they went at my pace and worked with me to make sure the dressings were comfortable. I recently had occasion to take my daughter to the centre to see Dr Djemal. It was necessary to change appointments and request additional guidance from the reception staff during this process. At all times I found the reception staff to be extremely supportive and efficient. Dr Djemal also went out of his way to help and provide strong support and guidance under difficult circumstances. Strongly recommended.
Its always a good experience visiting the centre. The staff do an awesome job and do a good job dealing with some of the challenging patients who come in and a big shout out to Dr Lakhanie, He has genuinely changed my life with his advice. 10/10 would recommend.
been going to this practice since i was a kid, since they were at the werribee plaza, up until about 2022. They just became ‘useless’ anyone who i described my experiences to, and other doctors would say. Had to request them over 10 times in 2 years to transfer my records to another clinic, and they would never do it, paid their fee for doing so, too.
