I went in to see Mick smith for my chest complaint. What I found was the friendliest and most professional reception staff for a very long time,they helped me with the whole process than I got to meet my doctor and mick was sensational not the slightest lecture,went straight to work and sent me to hospital so for that reason I want to thank Dr smith for their legendary professionalism and conduct because without that help I may not be here today. Thank you everyone.
I really like seeing this doctor, but my experience has been consistently frustrating. The wait times—even with an appointment—are unbearable. If this were a walk-in service, I might understand, but we’re required to book appointments, only to end up waiting up to an hour just to be seen for five minutes. What’s the point of making me book if the time won’t be respected? I chose that time for a reason. Friendly, professional reception staff. Doctor was running late and hurried through my appointment but I didn't mind too much but waiting in the x-ray place was making me sleepy. But I have learnt to be patient. I will continue coming back because they're available and most of the time quick.
The receptionist in the urgent care section was lovely and did her best to try and get a dr for us. I'm so grateful that this place exists. I'm with 3 dr clinics and they're always full.
Been to this clinic 3 times now. First two experiences were terrible. I went in to seek some help with getting medicated/getting a mental health plan from Dr. Munny. I absolutely do not recommend booking with her for anything. She rushed both of my appointments, made 0 eye contact with me, not to mention she showed 0 care or empathy for me at all, I felt worse leaving the clinic than I did walking in.
